If you're joining us at Grace UMC, please bring a mat and water bottle!

If you prefer, you may choose to bring your own weights, band, Pound ripstix, etc. but we should have these available for shared use. 

JOINING VIRTUALLY VIA ZOOM?

 

If you're joining us from home, below is a list of the equipment you may want to have available:

 

The Essentials

1 Light, medium and heavy dumbbells (3lb, 5lb and 8lb or 10lb are solid to start)

2 Resistance band (fabric booty band - these come in different resistances - I like medium)

3 Mat

4 Ripstix (for Pound only)

5 Chair (for Barre)

6 Step (optional for Body Sculpt)
